Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit if you prefer).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Underwear/lingerie
- Customized or sale items
